1. Acceptance

• Must be 18+ to use LivEase.
• Discontinue use if you disagree with these terms.

2. Using the Service

• Accounts: Provide accurate info and secure your account.
• Prohibited: False content, bots, illegal activities.
• We may suspend accounts for violations.

3. Listings & Transactions

• Landlords: Ensure accurate, lawful listings.
• Tenants: Provide honest reviews, honor agreements.
• Disputes: LivEase isn’t liable for user disputes.
• Payments: Via Razorpay; fees are non-refundable unless specified.

4. Intellectual Property

• LivEase content (logos, software) is owned by Innovysta Solutions LLP.
• No reproduction without permission.

5. User Content

• You own your listings and reviews.
• You grant LivEase a license to use content for Service operation.
• Content must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided “as is.”
• Not liable for indirect damages, user errors, or downtime.
• Liability limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.

7. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims from your use or violations.

8. Termination

• You may stop using LivEase anytime.
• We may terminate for breaches or legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

• Governed by Indian laws.
• Disputes resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka courts.

10. Updates

Changes posted here; continued use is acceptance.
